We believe ecommerce solutions can be more fun and drive more sales
We build apps that turn marketing and sales campaigns into fun customer experiences that drive revenue.
Nobody had built this yet, so we did
We're a team from Qikify, and before Mysbox we spent years building checkout and upsell tools for Shopify stores. Somewhere along the way we noticed something: blind boxes and gacha pulls were already huge offline, but almost none of that excitement had made it online.
The apps calling themselves "mystery box" tools were mostly just random bundlers with a mystery label slapped on: pick from a product list, no real reveal, no actual surprise.
That felt backwards. The whole point of a mystery box is the moment you open it — so we built Mysbox around an actual reveal: an animation the second a customer buys, with odds printed on the box instead of buried somewhere nobody reads.
It took a while to get right; we shipped in early 2025 as part of the Qikify lineup.
Since then, stores selling everything from Pokémon cards to candies or skincare have picked it up faster than we expected. Turns out we weren't the only ones tired of waiting for the mail.

Manual to instant
no more hand-packing every box
CardPriceCheck built an audience on Instagram, then had to hand-pack every mystery box that audience bought. Mysbox took over the packing; customers now share their pulls, which brings in the next round of buyers.

Zero friction
purchase to opening, no hiccups
STINGS.inc ran an in-person mystery pull lottery for their character goods line and wanted the same thing online — tiered prizes, full Japanese support. Mysbox was the only Shopify app that could actually do it.

CardActivity ran their Pokémon card mystery boxes by hand until they found Mysbox. Now 18 pricing tiers calculate their own odds automatically — no dev work, and no watered-down transparency for their community.

"Customer response was better than expected. I was worried about whether customers could get through the purchase-to-opening flow, but there were no problems at all."
